Ingredients:
1 10-ounce pre-baked wheat grains pizza crust (such as Boboli)
1/2 glass no-salt-added tomato gravy
1 garlic clove, carefully sliced
1 cup shredded chicken
1/2 cup chopped up olives
1 small jar artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
1 small jar roasted red peppers, chopped
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
1 glass lower fat cheese (mozzarella and cheddar blend)
Preparation:
Preheat stove to 450 degrees. Distribute tomato sauce on the crust. Spread toppings on pizza, completing with cheese. Bake on a pizza sheet or pizza stone for 10 minutes.
